They are systems that can be disassembled and moved to another location when necessary and can be expanded according to needs. The modular room consists of lockable, specially designed corner, narrow and full panels with interlocking details that can be disassembled and assembled as desired without any cutting process. Your room is produced and packaged in the dimensions and specifications you specify. The installation begins with the floor panels. The floor, wall, and ceiling are fastened together by screwing them in at designated mounting points without the need for any accessories, using hygienic plastic filled with polyurethane. The application plastic that will connect the ceiling is also placed from the top. The created ceiling detail has a load-carrying capacity of 250 kg/m².
The hygiene closure accessory, which is an additional part of the application plastic on the floor and ceiling, is completed with a small pressure thanks to the nails. Thus, complete sealing is ensured, and visual integrity is also completed. Our devices are produced as ceiling and wall types and are sent with all assembly equipment. The location where the cooling unit will be placed is prepared on the panel according to the device type selected and sent.
Our cooling units have a very easy installation process and can be operated by simply plugging them in after being connected to the appropriate electrical current. Our doors are equipped with resistors and can be opened from both inside and outside. They can also be produced in custom sizes upon request, in addition to the specified standard sizes. POLY, PVC, and CR-NI SHEET options are available.
